Redeem your Teacher Redemption Code

Note to School Administrators: If you have not setup your school account or used CARS & STARS Online before, please ensure that you have redeemed your subscription and created all classrooms before issuing the subscription cards to teachers and students.

1. Navigate to https://app.carsandstars.com.au/redeemcodes to redeem your Teacher Redemption Code.
2. Choose Teacher from the type of user option.
3. Choose the appropriate option: Create a New Teacher Account or Renew My Existing Teacher Account.

Creating a new teacher account

1. Enter the 18-digit Teacher Redemption Code found on your teacher subscription card.
2. Click the Validate button.
3. Enter your school's postcode and choose your school's details. If your school's details are not found, please click Add New School Details.
4. Provide the First Name, Last Name, Gender, Email, Password and Profile Image (recommended but not mandatory) that you would like to use for the account.
5. Click the Create Account button.

Renewing an existing teacher account

1. Enter the 18-digit Teacher Redemption Code found on your teacher subscription card.
2. Click the Validate button.
3. Enter the registered email that is associated with CARS & STARS Online.
4. Click the Renew Subscription button.
