CARS & STARS Online is committed to providing inclusive, high-quality digital resources that support the diverse learning needs of students and educators. We recognise the importance of digital accessibility and continue to enhance the usability of our platform to better serve all users, including those with disabilities.
CARS & STARS Online is guided by the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and strives to meet the relevant requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (US). While some criteria may not apply to all aspects of our platform, accessibility remains an ongoing priority, and we are continually improving our compliance as technologies evolve.
To support this commitment, we:
Partner with accessibility experts to conduct third-party audits of our platform
Maintain an internal accessibility team to oversee implementation and updates
Provide ongoing training for our staff on best practices in accessible design
Integrate accessibility testing into our design and development processes
Mobile Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Accessibility
At Hawker Brownlow Digital, we aim to make literacy accessible to all students by offering resources that meet a wide range of needs. We are currently preparing formal accessibility documentation, including a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT®), and will make these available in future updates.
If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using CARS & STARS Online or have suggestions for improvement, we welcome your feedback. Please contact us at support@hb-digital.com.au.
