School Administrator Dashboard

The School Administrator Dashboard includes summaries of the Teacher and Student Subscription Details and School Activity Log. You can quickly find the details of the following.

• Your subscription Expiry Date and the details of your Last Login.
• No. of Teachers currently subscribed to the system in the school, and the number of subscriptions left for teachers.
• No. of Students currently subscribed to the system in the school, and the number of subscriptions left for students.
• The School Activity Log presents a comprehensive record of all the activities carried out by students, teachers, and yourself within the school. For instance, an entry may appear as follows: “Hans Lambert completed STARS D, Lesson 9, Part 4: Passage 2 on 26/09/2022”. By clicking on the blue hyperlink associated with a student’s activity, you will be directed to the relevant report. By default, the log displays the list of activities performed in the last 30 days. Moreover, a filter is available to sort activities based on Today, This Week, This Month, Last 30 Days, Last Six Months, This Year, Last Year, or All. Additionally, there is a Search field to assist you in locating a specific school activity.
