Purchase Subscriptions

Please note: The In-App Purchase Subscriptions Option is only available by invitation to schools.

INSTRUCTIONS

If you have an existing School Administrator or Teacher account with CARS & STARS Online, you can purchase teacher and student subscriptions by navigating to the Billings in the left-hand side main menu and clicking the Purchase Subscriptions option available in your teacher portal.

Follow the three steps below to purchase subscriptions for your school.

STEP 1: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

• The Your Subscription section displays the types of subscriptions available for CARS & STARS Online.
• Here you can click the Down Caret Symbol (∨) or Up Caret Symbol (∧) to see subscription options.
• Then enter the quantity of each subscription (student or teacher) that your school requires.
• After adding the subscriptions to your Shopping Cart, click the Next button.

STEP 2: BILLING INFORMATION

• First, check the Shopping Cart to see if you have added all the required subscriptions. You can click the Edit button to change the subscriptions listed in the Shopping Cart.
• For Contact Details and Billing Address we automatically prefill some fields related to your school billing contact details as previously provided by you, but you can change these details if needed. You must complete all fields marked with an asterisk (*).
• The designated Billing Officer will get the invoice for your order. Make sure that the School Full Name, School Type, ABN, Reference/Purchase Order Number, Billing Officer’s First Name, Billing Officer’s Last Name, Billing Officer’s Email, Telephone and Address details are correct.
  If you want additional recipient(s) to receive the invoice for this order, you can click on the Plus Symbol (+) button. After making the required changes, click the Next button.

STEP 3: SUMMARY

• In the Summary section, you can review your current Order Summary and Billing To details.
• Check to see if you have added all the required subscriptions. Click the Edit button if you would like to change the subscriptions listed in the Order Summary.
• If you wish to change your Billing To details, click the Previous button to update the Billing Information again.
• Finally, click the Order Now button to place your CARS & STARS Online subscription order.

Please Note: After you have placed your order, your Billing Officer will receive the invoice via email. If you have provided your own email address in this field, please forward the invoice to your Finance or Accounts Payable officer to get it sorted. Unpaid invoices will result in a suspension of your school account.
