My student can't login with their access code. What should I do?

First of all, we strongly advise that you not to delete the student account because of their access code. The access code has been thoroughly vetted and verified by our main system before issuing to each student account.

As you might have noticed, student access codes are a mix of numbers and alphabets, Therefore, please make sure your students do not enter ‘O' for '0' , ‘I' for ‘1’ or vice versa.
