You can simply assign your student to CARS & STARS Level AA.
CARS & STARS Level AA includes pre-reading and listening skills, these are visual and can be teacher-guided.
- Read Aloud – This feature will allow students to listen to the content instead of reading it. This feature increases word exposure and improves vocabulary. Reading the content, complemented by listening, also helps reduce the working-memory deficit and removes printed word decoding anxiety.
- Drawing Canvas – This feature will allow students to draw their ideas on screen devices. Students begin to interact with the reading strategy through drawing. Students learn to use their imagination and learn to think visually. Feeling comfortable with simple drawing and sketching can help early years, ESL students and learners with special needs.
