CARS & STARS Online System Requirements

New CARS & STARS Online (CSO) functionality and improvements to existing functionality require more modern software to ensure users have an optimal experience. The changes are required to maintain access to the CSO system. CSO will not continue to work broadly on legacy browsers as it does currently.
