I received "The first name or the last name column has illegal characters." during import. What should I do?

We have created an import facility for school to efficiently create both the teacher and student accounts. However, due to security reasons, we do not allow characters such as single and double quotation marks (' ") in both first name and last name. You will need to remove such characters and try to import again.
