I am not receiving the email to reset my password. What should I do?
If you requested to reset your password but didn't receive your password reset email:
- Check the spam or junk mail folder in your email account. To guarantee that your email is delivered properly, please ensure to add hbe@carsandstars.com.au to your 'White List', 'Address Book' or 'Contact List' to tell your mail program to always allow any email from hbe@carsandstars.com.au to be sent directly into your Inbox.

- For parents, click here to reset your password again.
