I have downloaded my reports in CSV format. How do I open it?

You will need to first make sure that your computer has Microsoft Excel installed. If not, please check with your school technical support to have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer.

Open a CSV file by opening it in Microsoft Excel

1. Click the File tab, and then click Open
2. Select All Files from the Enable or Open dropdown menu
3. Locate and double-click the text file that you want to open
