Turn off tour boxes on screen

I have turned off tour boxes on screen and they keep reappearing while I am on-line.

  There are four tour components altogether in the dashboard, classrooms, teachers as well as students. You would have to end the tour for each component. Once you end the four tour components, it shouldn't be displaying it again, unless you are on a private web browser or you have switched to a new device or web browser.
