What is a (VA) Virtual Account?

Virtual Account is for a virtual student that is intended to be created for manual assessment data entry only, which means a virtual student is unable to login to the student portal themselves. This type of account is used when a student is using the printed version of CARS and STARS, but their teacher is entering their assessment results into the program directly.
