Hi,

if we have an excess of student subscriptions that have not been used in a given year, can those subscriptions roll over into the following year, so that they are not wasted?

  That's correct, any unused subscriptions would not be expired and will be safely stored in your CARS & STARS Online premium school account which can be utilised at any time in the future.
