How do I change my student's recommended placement level?

To change student's recommended placement level:

  1. To assign a placement level to an individual student, move your cursor onto the student’s row and, under the Action column, click on the Manage Reading Level button.
  2. In What Would You Like to Do? field, choose Assign Placement Level.
  3. Choose a placement level from the Recommended Placement Level field. The Recommended Placement Level field is pre-filled with the beginning Placement level for this student based on their year of birth and the data from their previous reading level(s). However, if you are already confident of your student’s placement level, you can overwrite the pre-filled placement level by selecting other placement levels. 
  4. Click on the Submit button.
