Renew Child Subscriptions

This section will allow you to renew your child's subscriptions.

After you have purchased your paid subscriptions such as CARS & STARS or FOCUS Reading, or CARS & STARS + FOCUS READING subscription, your newly purchased subscriptions will be added to your premium parent account.

If you have purchased a Parent subscription, your Parent account will automatically renew with the paid subscription. You are in control of applying paid Child subscriptions and renewing them for any Child accounts undertaking the program, when you want to do so, using the subscriptions you have purchased.

To change and renew any Child subscriptions, please follow the steps below.

Child Listing

1. Navigate to Children in the left-hand side menu and select Renew Subscriptions.
2. The number of Child Subscriptions remaining in your parent account is displayed.
3. A Search Child field is available to search for a particular child by typing in their first and/or last name.
4. Name, Access Code, Status and Expiry Date information are listed for each child.
5. Click Subscription Type to choose CARS & STARS or FOCUS Reading, or CARS & STARS + FOCUS READING subscription and click the checkboxes on the left of each child's name that you would like to renew, or by clicking on the Select All button at the bottom of the list to bulk renew all the children in the list. 
6. Once you have selected all of your desired Child accounts, just simply click on the Renew Subscription button located at the very bottom of the page to renew their subscriptions.

Subscriptions are on an annual basis, therefore all subscriptions will only be renewed for one additional year.
