I've purchased the student and teacher subscriptions. But my student and teacher accounts are not renewed. What should I do to renew the existing student and teacher accounts?

Your purchased subscriptions have been added to your school account which can be monitored on your school administrator dashboard. You will then be required to choose to renew those student or teacher accounts that will be using the system in the new year, using your school's purchased subscriptions.
The most efficient way to renew and update/rollover the school details (reallocate students and teachers to their new classrooms) for the new year is to use our CSV Template. The links to the update/renew instruction using CSV Template is provided below,

If you would like to only renew the either the student or teacher subscription without changing their classroom. You can simply renew with the instruction provided below,

Please note: Only teachers with the school administrator access rights can renew either the student or teacher subscriptions.
